In a clear demonstration of results-driven leadership, the District Chief Executive for Bole, Hon. Abdulai Mahmud, has successfully led the renovation and provision of a modern office facility for the Registrar General’s Department (RGD), marking another major milestone in the district’s development agenda.

The facility, officially commissioned on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, reflects the DCE’s commitment to strengthening public institutions and bringing essential government services closer to the people. The project was delivered through strategic collaboration with the area’s Honorable Member of Parliament, underscoring a shared vision for accelerated local development.
Addressing stakeholders at the ceremony, Hon. Mahmud described the achievement as part of a broader transformation agenda for Bole.
“This administration is about action, not promises,” he said. “From education and health to administrative services, we are deliberately investing in infrastructure that directly improves the lives of our people. Today’s commissioning is another clear example of leadership that delivers.”

For years, residents endured difficulties accessing registration services due to inadequate office accommodations. The newly renovated RGD facility now provides a dignified, fully equipped workspace capable of efficiently handling birth registrations, death certificates, and other critical documentation.

Community members welcomed the development, describing it as timely and impactful.
“This shows that our leaders are listening. Registering our children and accessing documents will no longer be a struggle,” a resident remarked.
Officials from the RGD national headquarters praised the initiative, citing it as a benchmark for district-level leadership and institutional support.
The project aligns with the government’s wider digitalization drive and public sector modernization agenda, positioning Bole as a growing hub for efficient service delivery in the Savannah Region.
Under Hon. Abdulai Mahmud’s stewardship, the Bole District continues to record tangible progress in infrastructure, governance, and citizen-centered development—reinforcing confidence in the administration’s commitment to building a stronger, more inclusive future for the people of Bole.
