MP Sulemana Yusif Ori Supports Development Initiatives with GHC305,000 Donation in Bole-Bamboi

The Member of Parliament for the Bole-Bamboi Constituency, Sulemana Yusif Ori, has demonstrated his unwavering commitment to the development of the constituency by donating a total of GHC305,000 to support key sectors within the district.

The announcement was made during this year’s Ghana Independence Day celebration held in Bole, where dignitaries, students, teachers, and community members gathered to mark the historic national occasion.

Addressing the gathering, Hon. Ori reaffirmed the government’s dedication to fulfilling its promises and advancing development initiatives that improve the livelihoods of the people of Bole District.

As part of his support package, the MP allocated GHC200,000 towards the establishment of a College of Education in Bole, a significant step expected to strengthen teacher training and expand educational opportunities within the constituency and the broader Savannah Region.

In recognition of the role teachers play in shaping the future of the country, Hon. Ori further donated GHC20,000 to teachers from public schools who participated in the Independence Day parade, while GHC10,000 was allocated to teachers from private schools who also took part in the celebrations.

To appreciate the efforts of the security agencies who ensured a peaceful and successful event, the MP also presented GHC20,000 to the security services present at the ceremony.

Additionally, GHC50,000 was set aside to support the district’s team as they prepare for the upcoming Inter-Districts Sporting Competition, while GHC5,000 was given to party faithful who attended the celebration.

The generous donation underscores Hon. Ori’s commitment to education, youth development, and community progress, while also highlighting his continued efforts to bring meaningful investment and opportunities to the people of the Bole-Bamboi Constituency.

The gesture was widely welcomed by residents and stakeholders, who commended the MP for his leadership and dedication to the growth and development of the constituency.
